Do I need to prepare my skin?

Yes. The Theraderm Skin Renewal System is included in the price of the peel and should be used twice daily, 2-4 weeks prior to the peel procedure.

This will begin to repair the skin surface even before the peel is performed. It is beneficial to avoid sun exposure, and use a sunscreen with an SPF 30.

This prevents the skin becoming red or irritated before the peel, thus reducing the chances of hyperpigmentation.
